     The 2021 Investiture and Annual Meeting weekend will be held beginning Friday, September 24, 2021 through  Monday morning, September 27, 2021 in Cincinnati, Ohio and Covington, Kentucky.

      Our conference headquarters - the Netherland Hilton Plaza - is one of the great historic hotels of America and an art deco masterpiece. Their staff have gone the extra mile to implement the highest standards of COVID protocol protection for all guests. This includes a contactless and enhanced check-in and check-out, enhanced lobby, elevator, and meeting rooms sanitation, and a "Cleanstay room seal" that guarantees each hotel room has been sanitized and physically sealed by housekeeping to ensure maximum guest safety and peace of mind. Three Inspirational Speakers!..

     Rev. Wade Menezes, CPM, is a member of the Fathers of Mercy, a missionary and preaching congregation dedicated to preaching retreats, missions, devotions, and serving rural parishes. He has graduate degrees in journalism, communications and theology. Fr. Menezes has been a contributing writer for the National Catholic Register, Our Sunday Visitor, Catholic Faith and Family, and several other Catholic publications. He has hosted several television series for EWTN and is the host of Global Catholic Radio's "Open Line Tuesday."

     Joan Lewis is a leading journalist covering the Vatican. She has lived in Rome for more than three decades, spending many of those years at the Office of the Secretary of State of the Vatican. She was the first Rome Bureau Chief of EWTN global Catholic television and radio. You can read her daily column, "Joan's Rome", and watch her on EWTN. A native of Oak Park, Illinois and a graduate of St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, Indiana, she is a member of the Rome Lieutenancy of the Order of the Holy Sepulchre.

     John Schlageter is a founding member of the JKT Group, a D.C. consulting firm focused on nonprofit organizations and the Schlageter Law Firm, where he serves as legal cousel to numerous Catholic organizations. John is general counsel of the Eparchy of Saint Maron of Brooklyn. Prior to this, he was the first Executive Director of Bethlehem University Foundation. John served as in-house General Counsel of the Archdiocese for the Military Services, U.S.A. from 2007-2016. He is a member of the John Carroll Society and is President of the Washington, DC Section of the Order of the Holy Sepulchre. John is a notary for the canonization cause of Medal of Freedom recipient, Navy Chaplain Father Vincent Capodanno. He received both his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America.

     Our conference headquarters, the Netherland Hilton Plaza, is one of the great historic hotels of America. It is designed and decorated in the classic Art Deco style, with frescoes, ceiling murals, great spaces with breathtaking chandeliers, and a gold-detailed "Hall of Mirrors" modeled after te French Palace of Versailles.

    The weekend begins with a reception Friday, September 24, 2021 at the renowned Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal, another internationally recognized Art Deco masterpiece. The evening is planned to include a tour of the unique Nancy and David Wolf Holocaust and Humanity Center, which uses lessons of the Holocaust to inspire positive action today. You won't want to miss it!

     For the Promotions and Memorial Mass on Saturday, September 25, we cross over the river to historic St. Mary's Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption in Covington, Kentucky. Erected in 1901 under the vision and leadership of Bishop Camillus P. Maes, it holds the title of "America's Notre Dame" with stunning gothic architecture inspired by Notre Dame and St. Denis Cathedrals in Paris, France. The Cathedral Basilica, famous for its stained-glass, contains the largest church pictorial-style, stained-glass window in the world as well as priceless mosiacs, statuary and sacred art from Germany, Italy and Belgium.

     The Investiture and Mass on Sunday, September 26 will take place at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Peter in Chains in downtown Cincinnati, only blocks away from our hotel. Dedicated in 1845 and extensively renovated in 1957, the Basilica is one of the finest examples of Greek Revival architecture in the country.
